Taste of the Dales - 6 course degustation dinner

On the fourth Thursday of the month Chef Thomas Beard creates a culinary discovery over 6 courses, using local ingredients from the Yorkshire Dales and pairing these with contemporary combinations. This special Taste of the Dales menu changes with each month to tickle, tease and delight the taste buds of any avid foodie, and the social setting around a large table for 12 diners makes it all the more engaging.

The evening begins at 7pm and takes you through six courses, each paired with a specially chosen wine by the experts with our wine suppliers.
